| Customer Reviews: love these crocs March 13, 2010 L. Griffin 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very cute shoe. I normally wear size 7 shoe but can wear a size 6 in crocs. The strap on this style feels a little tight. I am hoping it will stretch a little. Otherwise, the fit is comfortable. Wish Crocs had better colors. Would love these in white, navy or deep red. Have them in black and will order espresso soon.
Cute and Comfy August 20, 2010 Burgendy (Fremont, CA) I have very skinny narrow feet so they fit perfectly, but I can see why others would find the straps a little tight. I'm used to wearing stilettos so for me, these are especially comfortable. They're no Jimmy Choos, but at least I can chase down my 2 yr old toddler in these. I'm in shoe heaven!
Nice looking, but not as comfortable as other crocs April 13, 2010 Denise M. 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
These shoes are cute, but not as comfortable as other crocs I have like the Malindi, Cleo and Sassari, which seem to be made of a softer Croslite material. This Croslite is quite hard and the shoe hurts my little toes.
They seem to have a non-removable insole. I think I prefer the all croslite design with the nubs, because then if the shoes get wet or dirty I can just wash them off. Not sure how that will work with these insoles.
The sizing for Crocs is hard to figure out. I wear size 10 in Sassari and Tully and 11 in Malindi and Cleo. I got an 11 in these and they fit fine. I am hoping they will become more comfortable on subsequent wearing because they r cute and not as clown-looking as the regular crocs.
Makers of Crocs, Please hear my cry!! March 24, 2010 Olivia Dvorak (HOUSTON, TX, US) 7 out of 10 found this review helpful
Ooooh. I was very bad one time and I went on a spree of e-mailing crocs customer service until they got annoyed with me, and I got annoyed with them for getting annoyed with me. I was notified that they did not take "unsolicited correspondence related to product development".
One of my "annoying" requests was to Pleeeeeeeze....make more "girly-style" shoes with wider footbeds for lasses like me with wide clobbery feet. The reason I love crocs so in the first place is that they are very comfortable and provide adequate support for my funny little feet, which are small, but very wide in the front and narrow in the back due to years of frequently walking on my tip-toes.
I have purchased NUMEROUS pairs of their "Mary Jane" style shoes...over a fairly short period of time...WORTH IT....even though the soles wear out so quickly (and become a slipping hazard)...because they are so comfortable for my feet.
I was disappointed when they came out with their line of fancier looking womens' styles, because, while pretty, the ones I was able to try on were all very narrow and my feet either looked or felt poorly in them...(usually both)...It was foolish of me to purchase the "Mary Jane wedge" online without first trying it on...My mentality at the time was that the "Regular" Mary Jane Crocs are wide enough, so why not the "wedge" Mary Jane shoes?
In the picture, it looks as though the toe area would be wide enough for me, but it isn't.
After a few minutes of gingerly walking around in them, it was obvious that I had made a mistake. They are too narrow, just like all the other fancy "more feminine" looking Crocs.
I was excited when Crocs came out with "high heels"...because, I generally cannot wear high heels because of the weirdness of my feet, but would like to sometimes.
Since I rely on Crocs for their general comfort, I thought that perhaps they could make a "high heel" that I could actually wear....unfortunately, the Frances Wedge Mary Janes is not the shoe for me. They pinch my toes and cause them to swell just like a high heel would of any other brand. This made me sad.
On a positive note, I do believe that the soles of these shoes seem to be of a sturdier make and might not wear down so quickly, but I really would not have any way of testing this theory since I can hardly wear the shoes.
Can't wear them August 7, 2010 Sandia The strap on feels so tight that I can not wear these shoes. A bigger size would have been sooooo big. :( so sad
